MEET OUR BOARD MEMBERS

Quatrilya Mathis-hall

Founder/President

Quatrilya Mathis-Hall has a background as a caregiver. She is a CNA (Certified Nurse’s Assistant) with 21 years’ experience. She attained her A.S. Degree in Early Childhood Education from Seminole State College. She also has a certification specializing in special needs. She was employed by the Volusia County Schools as a Paraprofessional-4, working with students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities for 4½ years. Additionally, she started her own business (TOLA), Touch of Love Agency, in 2018 and became a provider for (APD), Agency for Persons with Disabilities. "My agency provides Personal Support, Life Skills, and Respite services to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In addition, we also provide residential rehabilitation to persons with disabilities.

Bernard Mathis Sr.

Vice President

Bernard Mathis, a Lake Sumter State College alumnus, later studied accounting and small business management in Los Angeles, CA. A licensed real estate broker in Florida for over 20 years, he owns Bernard Mathis Real Estate Services in Leesburg, serving the central Florida area with a passion for helping families achieve home-ownership. As President and co-owner of Anna Mathis Property Preservation, LLC (AMPP), he has partnered with the City of Leesburg and the CDC of East Leesburg to restore residential and commercial properties, including historic Mike & Pine Streets. Self-driven and community-focused, Bernard is dedicated to leaving his community better than he found it, guided by his motto, “Let’s get it done,” and his philosophy, “Let’s do it right the first time and save time and resources.”

Kathy newkirk-pierre paul

TREASURER

Kathy Newkirk-Pierre Paul has a bachelor's degree in Sociology. Her 22 years of experience in education working with special needs students includes Head Start/ Early Head Start, behavioral therapy, and her current position as a Varying Exceptionality Teacher for Lake County School. Kathy's background knowledge with problem solving, innovative ideas, and teamwork skills made her the perfect choice to wholeheartedly accept the duties of Director of the Children's Department, Member of the Board of Directors and the Financial Assistant at her church, Equipping Center International Church. Kathy will bring her integrity and confidentiality to the position of treasurer for the non-profit organization, TOLA Solutions Inc. I will use my financial skills to help this organization stay on track financially.

Vanessa Little

SECRETARY

As the Secretary of TOLA Solutions Inc, Vanessa Little brings a unique blend of academic knowledge, professional expertise, and a deep passion for making positive impacts on individuals and communities with various exceptionalities. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, from Florida A & M University, Florida Department of Education ESE K-12 educator certification, a background as a behavior therapist, and experience as a life coach, Vanessa Little is dedicated to fostering growth, understanding, and support within the organization. As the Secretary of TOLA Solutions Inc, Vanessa plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. Her diverse background uniquely positions her to contribute valuable insights to discussions, facilitate effective communication, and align organizational strategies with the well-being of the individuals and communities served by the non-profit.

BOARD MEMBER

Ira P Hall Jr is a skilled auto detail manager. I have over 30 years’ experience managing and training people to perform and complete their jobs. I have a strong understanding of payroll, scheduling, and planning. What I will bring to this organization as a board member is my dedication to hard work.
